9th October 2022 Windsurfing: Rhosneigr Wind Direction: S Wind Stength: F7 Surf / Sea State: Waves and chop Air Temperature: 15 Sea Temperature: 15.1 Weather: Sun and Cloud Max Speed: Distance Covered: Timed arrival about right with wind swinging less offshore. Folks coming in to change down so rigged 3.7m which was spot in in gusty conditions. Some nice frontside rides along good sized waves, but chickened out sailing back through big surf so walked back upwind - worth it. Getting better at getting out through big stuff so only one minor rinse. First half everything went right, then started to fluff a few gybes and mis-timed waves. I felt drained so packed up, though surprised to see been out almost 2 hours so maybe no wonder I was tired. |
